YOU MATTER.

It’s not a cliché. It’s our mantra. We understand today’s challenges of working in veterinary medicine – especially emergency. The stress, the pressure, the long hours, compassion fatigue, and the occasional ungrateful client. That’s why we embrace every team member like family. A truly caring, supportive family. And we welcome you to join us.

We’re Animal Emergency Hospital Volusia, an independently owned, 24/7 hospital on the east coast of Florida where our outstanding clinical care is only outmatched by our dedication to the well-being of everyone who works here. With a second location opening soon, we are seeking a Hospital Administrator to oversee both hospitals and help us achieve our goals.

Driven by our fierce desire to do the right thing - for our team, patients, clients, and referring veterinary partners, there is no compromise when it comes to integrity. If this kind of workplace is calling you, we still exist. Independent. Honest. Supportive.

All inquiries will remain confidential.

Requirements:

Truly care about animals.

Leadership experience in a busy veterinary hospital, multi-location and emergency/specialty preferred.

Ability to lead and mentor a growing team of dedicated technicians and client service representatives.

Work collaboratively with DVM owner, Human Resources Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Lead Technician to maintain harmony and high standards of care.

Understand and manage financial processes, applying benchmark analysis to ensure industry competitiveness.

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
