VIP Program:

The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000, while specialty or emergency doctors can earn up to $450,000. One third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor's tenure and the other two thirds is based on company performance.

The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Pathway veterinary hospital locations, and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors. This includes both part-time and full-time doctors.
