| Full-Time (or Part-Time) associate DVM position We love our DVM's- our practice philosophy is to have our DVM's utilize all of their education and while being supported by a strong LVT and VA team. We encourage and support progressive learning of all our staff throughout their career. Our ideal DVM is enthusiastic about veterinary medicine with a passion for client education and dedication to quality client and patient service. We have a friendly, low-drama team with a wonderful clinic culture. If you're not from the Tri-Cities area, our practice is located in eastern Washington with many outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, running and biking trails, and wineries. Our 5 doctor practice offers progressive small animal/exotic/avian medical care, soft tissue laser surgery, laser therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, digital radiology, ultrasound, dental prophylaxis, and fully equipped in-house IDEXX laboratory. Our practice building is well-maintained; we recently completed an expansion to enlarge our hospitalization area and bring us to 10 total exam rooms. We have a great staff to doctor ratio and all of our team is dedicated to providing a professional and caring client and patient experience. Our practice is growing, well-managed, and 2nd generation family-owned. We have 5 veterinarians with a combined 70 years of experience who enjoy mentorship, leadership, and a collegial atmosphere with their fellow veterinarians and team. We offer a generous compensation and benefits package for our Full-Time DVM's including 100% payment of: Health/Vision Insurance, PLIT insurance, DEA license renewal, State License renewal, and uniforms. Requirements: Competent in small animal medicine/surgery, ability to lift up to 40#, ability to stand, stoop, bend repeatedly, and licensed to practice in Washington State and have DEA License (or ability to obtain licensure).
