Clover Valley Vet seeks a veterinarian to join our growing mixed animal practice on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State.

We are a young, progressive, collaborative veterinary practice that has an established loyal and large client base. Our team is passionate about providing top-notch veterinary care with a smile! We have built a practice that is fun, transparent, trust-worthy and inspiring, and understand the importance of providing a safe and supportive working environment that guides our team members to follow their hearts. It is also important to us to have work-life balance and to feel professional and personal satisfaction.

The practice provides ambulatory and haul-in services and treats 20% equine, 60% livestock and 20% companion animal. We are looking to add an experienced (including surgery and dentistry) small animal veterinarian to our team. Leadership experience or interest welcomed!

We provide 24/7 emergency coverage for large animal patients and refer our companion animals to the local emergency hospitals. After hours emergency call is shared among all the veterinarians while veterinary assistants, licensed technicians, receptionists and office manager are on staff. As an official off-site teaching location for Washington State University, we receive veterinary student externs throughout the year.

Our recently remodeled hospital includes a new surgery suite, exam and treatment areas for large and small animals and a separate large animal overnight barn. Our well-equipped practice includes gas anesthesia, surgical suite, IM3 dentistry, digital dental radiology system, DR radiology for our smaller patients. Mobile equipment includes DR digital radiography, video endoscopy, two ultrasounds, two Powerfloat dentistry systems, K-Laser Cube4, multiple cardiac monitoring systems, StableLab, full in-house Abaxis laboratory and iStat, electronic records systems (Impromed).  And our equipment list keeps growing! Each veterinarian has a fully equipped Honda SUV for ambulatory and emergency coverage.

Compensation structure is a set salary with extra compensation for emergency coverage.  Additional benefits include 401K, medical health insurance, CE stipend, paid leave, professional liability insurance and dues/licenses, smart phone and laptop computer. Relocation and signing bonuses considered for eligible candidates.

Western Washington is an amazing place to live with clean air, temperate weather, and an amazing geography that is great for skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, camping, horseback riding. About Clover Valley Veterinary Services
The veterinary profession isn’t like any other—it’s the only field predicated on the love of a patient who can’t tell you what’s hurting and can only look to you for help. It takes a special kind of person to do that job, or the jobs supporting that job. NVA doesn’t create those special people—we find them, cultivate them, and give them resources and opportunities to do what only they can do. Whether treating patients, managing a pet resort, or serving hospitals from NVA’s Support Center, NVA’s animal professionals are caring people, united by a love of animals. NVA is proud to honor that connection and is committed to serving our team members by providing them with the tools, support, and freedom to be the professionals they’ve always wanted to be.
