Fast paced, in-demand veterinary hospital looking for an Associate Veterinarian

Who are we:

We are a well-established, fast paced veterinary hospital, serving our community for over 25 years. We care for all types of companion animals, including dogs, cats, reptiles, avians, and pocket pets. We pride ourselves on providing our patients the best care possible and educating our clients on preventative health measures; while also offering walk in and emergency care during our office hours. We are really a hospital that does it all!

Required Qualifications:

-DVM or equivalent

-Must have or be eligible for a Virginia License

-New grads or seasoned veterinarians welcomed

-Dedication to practicing veterinary medicine

-A strong drive to deliver the highest quality medicine to every patient

You will be joining a practice that has experienced unprecedented growth over the past 3 years, with a demand that has yet to subside. This means you will need to have excellent people skills so that you are able to grow a client base of your own, and be looking for a long term career, not just a job.

Required Skillset:

-High enthusiasm and passion for veterinary medicine

-Must be able to work well with a team

-Excellent communication skills

-Willingness to do what it takes

-Occasional long hours/emergency surgeries, as needed by our patients

-Outgoing, positive, energetic, self-motivated and career oriented

Planned Salary and Other Compensations:

-Salary: $85,000 - $145,000+ (based on experience)

-Pro-Sal compensation - earn a percentage of your production on top of your base salary

-Signing Bonus
