VCA Delaware Valley Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor. Supervisory experience is necessary.

The successful candidate will be a believer in high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. We are looking for someone who can take the skills and experience they’ve gained over the years in this profession and put them to great use in our hospital.

This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Veterinary Technician Staff. Days, evenings, and some Saturdays will be required. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing department policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
  • Enforcing charge captures.
  • Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
  • Record keeping.
  • Marketing.
  • Facility maintenance.


Strong technical/surgical skills are required. You must be dedicated to creating a healthy work environment where all employees are elevated, empowered and enjoy what they do.
