EverVet Partners (EVP) is looking to add a key member to our team. The Integration Manager will lead the successful integration of newly acquired veterinary hospitals, serving as a liaison between EVP and the hospital, while taking ownership of the deal timeline. EverVet is a growing company, and this role offers someone the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on the onboarding of new partner hospitals. We are looking for an analytical, process and detail-oriented person who will take initiative, ask questions, add rigor to our acquisition integration process. This position is ideal for someone who loves building and managing process, but understands the importance of the personal touch, since people are the heart of our company.
The IM will be responsible for effectively integrating acquisition clinic operations into EVP systems, with the outcome of ensuring a seamless transition to our field operations team. The IM will:
Drive integration activities through an established project plan and provide routine reporting detailing progress
Work with the operations and business development teams to identify opportunities unique to each acquisition and incorporate them into the overall integration plan
Build and maintain a consolidated master integration schedule, and drive internal teams to meet defined integration plans
Collaborate with EVP’s internal teams to ensure targeted acquisition integration activities are completed on time and successfully.
Identify and solve complex, cross-functional operational issues that are often unique to each transaction
Continually improve the integration process to apply learnings from past experiences to future transactions
Lead meetings between hospitals and EVP team members
Onboard practice managers of incoming practices on EVP systems, processes and best practices
Build trust with acquisition process stakeholders by being approachable, responsive and organized
Be expert and EVP systems, processes and policies
Create documentation for internal and external stakeholders that supports effective knowledge transfer
Be an ambassador for EVP’s core values in every interaction

Keys to success:
4+ years of relevant work experience leading business integration efforts, with human resources or change management experience preferred
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
Strong persuasion, communication, and influencing skills
Top notch organizational and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
Experience working with payroll and benefits management systems and vendors
Must be expert at working in and customizing project management tools (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Wrike)
Previous multi-site healthcare (e.g. dental, physician practice or veterinary) industry experience preferred
Travel requirement up to 75% in and out of state
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Telecommuting is allowed.
