We offer physical therapy, surgical specialty services, and an on-site positive methods dog trainer who will happily consult on behavior cases.   We have 2 BRAND NEW ultrasound units, digital radiography (including dental),  in house labs, TonoVet Plus, therapeutic lasers, Ellman radiosurgery units, Doppler blood pressure, high-speed dental drills (with fiber optic lighting!), and extensive anesthetic monitoring equipment.  

Our ownership structure is unique, and we can assure you that our practice is not at risk of being purchased by a veterinary corporation!  New graduates are welcome and will be solidly mentored without being stifled.  Candidates with an interest in a potential future buy-in to our partnership are encouraged to apply.  

Quality of life is TRULY a priority for all of our doctors and staff - we are very careful to avoid overwork and burnout; we do not see after hours emergencies, we allow our team to make the decisions on allowing "fit-in" appointments during their shift, and clients who do not treat our team with respect are addressed appropriately. 

Our practices are located in York, Pennsylvania, where you can enjoy a lower cost of living yet still be within easy distance of several large cities (Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Harrisburg etc.).  The city of York offers a small town atmosphere with plenty of the amenities that you would expect from a more urbanized area - truly the best of both worlds!  

Salary is very competitive for the area, and benefits include state & DEA licensing fees, liability/malpractice insurance, $2500/year CE, dues for 2 professional organizations of your choice, 401K with employer matching, and a generous portion of health insurance paid.  We also offer VIN & Plumb's Formulary online memberships, plus VetX:Thrive and/or VetGirl CE membership.
