We are a small, family owned clinic on the West side of Cincinnati. Mixed working experiences over the years have led us to create a working culture that favors positivity. We can tell you all the great things about the area (parks, restaurants, culture, zoos, aquariums…), all the cool equipment we have (digital radiography, in house lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscope…), or all the awesome things about working for us (salary, benefits, vacation, CE...) but none of this matters if you are miserable.

We look forward to enjoying our work life balance and we want the same for all team members at Delhi Veterinary Clinic, you included. What we hope for is a full time associate to join the team though we are open to part time or even PRN work. We also are happy to discuss non-traditional schedules/hours if this is of interest -- you will absolutely have a say in what days/hours you work and what services you will provide. Currently, we are a one doctor practice working Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. If this is a schedule you find attractive, great. If you prefer something different (i.e. 3.5 ten hour days? 3 twelve hour days? Maybe come in at 10 and leave at 7?), we are open to discussion! Prefer surgery? We can accomodate. Despise surgery? No problem, we can develop a plan.

Services provided are general practice work to include routine wellness exams, “routine” sick exams, spay/neuter, general surgery, dental work, etc. Delhi Veterinary Clinic will never offer convenience euthanasia, breeding/therio work, electives such as declaw or ear cropping. These are non-negotiable company policies. Our current intent is to have 20 minute wellness/routine appointments, and 30-40 minute slots for behavior consults and very sick pets.

Currently, we see dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet. Want to work with exotics? We are happy to expand. Care to work with small ruminants? There is a market! When you are a part of the Delhi Vet team, your goals are our goals.

Our compensation package will vary depending on experience and full time versus part time. We can work on a base salary with a percentage for production bonuses, or just salary if you prefer. Additionally, we are offering a retirement plan, monthly stipend to offset healthcare costs, and of course generous CE coverage ($1500/2 years). Of course, licensing fees will be covered as well. New graduates are absolutely welcome as are seasoned veterans, so long as the medicine is quality. For new grads, we are happy to help with mentorship! Considering the plethora of emergency clinics and referral centers, there are no on-call shifts and there will be no overnight hospitalized patients.
