WCOVES West Central Ohio Veterinary Emergency Service Lima, Ohio     Full or part-time veterinarians needed to work four to twelve shifts per month at our after-hours sick or injured veterinary practice.  Compensation based on shift commitment, ranging from four to twelve shifts per four week period. Guaranteed salary of $39k-$117k or 25% commission, whichever is more.  Current doctors working twelve shifts per period earning $160k-$175k per year.  We also will accept fill-in doctors with no contract commitment paying a guaranteed $500 per shift or 25% commission.  Mentoring provided; benefits available as well.  This is a great opportunity to escape the long work weeks and monotony of traditional practice, or a great way to supplement
