The Harrison Animal Hospital was purchased by Dr. Lori Kremer in the late 1990s. In the early days, there was just one exam room, a veterinary assistant, and a veterinarian. Word traveled fast and our client base grew - not too long after that we moved into our current building. We now boast a spacious lobby and reception area, five examination rooms, a large surgical suite, and much more. And perhaps most importantly, a team comprised of three full time veterinarians and more than twenty support staff! We all work together to reach a common goal - helping animals and helping our community.

What would your day look like? 

• Seeing scheduled appointments - ranging from preventative care to the evaluation and treatment of illness or injury. 
• Caring for drop off appointments and the occasional emergency
• Managing hospitalized patients
• Assisting in dental care, such as overseeing prophylaxis and performing dental extractions
• Soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, elective and non-elective procedures - if this is a professional interest of yours

Where are we located? Our practice is located in Harrison, OH and this growing community is just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. We are in proximity to some of the area's greatest attractions, such as serene parks, museums, wineries and breweries, rivers and lakes, and so much more! Our location provides the perfect balance of rural, small town vibes and the excitement of a nearby metropolitan area. 

What about benefits?

• Starting salary of $95,000-135,000, based largely on skills and experience.
• Enjoy a set schedule, without the expectation for on-call availability, overnights, or holidays - which boils down to more personal or family time!
