Full-Time Associate Veterinarian Position – Orange County, California

Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic full-time veterinary associate to join our team. We are a well-established, full-service, AAHA accredited hospital that has been serving Garden Grove and surrounding communities for over 50 years. Our busy 4-5 doctor practice operates 7 days a week, offering comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical services. We are equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscopy, and IDEXX laboratory services provide three daily pick-ups and prompt turn-around times. We are staffed with a first-rate support team of established RVTs, assistants, kennel, and reception staff and our diverse community provide us with excellent, loyal, and long-standing clientele. Our clinical team has access to extraordinary resources with multiple nearby emergency and referral clinics with board-certified specialists to ensure the highest standard of care is made available to each of our patients. Our separate 10,000 sq. ft. boarding facility, Animal Inns of America, is open 365 days a year just across our parking lot. Support is provided as needed for a positive work-life balance to enjoy this great area. 

All applicants must be highly motivated and compassionate colleagues with strong communication skills. Multi-tasking abilities and solid fundamentals in both medicine and surgery and a current California veterinary license are prerequisites. Full-Time schedules consisting of 4 shifts a week will be considered with a competitive salary.

The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000. One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor’s tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.

The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Pathway veterinary hospital locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors.
