Very busy solo small animal practice looking for a veterinarian or two to help us grow and expand.  Hospital is currently booking weeks in advance for our small animal wellness, medical and soft tissue surgical cases and would welcome a practitioner with interest and experience in these or other areas.  The hospital is well-staffed and well-equipped with full in-house lab, DR radiology, surgical and therapy lasers, paperless medical records and more.  Write your own ticket for full or part-time, flexible hours, expand into emergency, large animal, orthopedics, or any other areas of personal interest if you choose.  Experienced practitioner?  Practice how you choose without restriction.  New graduate?  Happy to provide mentoring and input to help you build skill and confidence.  Spouse also works in veterinary medicine?  We would be happy to hire you both!

Practice is located in a small college town in northern Maine with low crime, good schools and plenty of outdoor activities available in all seasons.  The area is growing and we're seeing plenty of new clients as well as established generations of local families, lots of opportunity. 

Base salary may vary with experience, part-time may be calculated based on works worked.  Optional benefits including sign-on bonus, aid with student loan repayment, health care allowance, paid license fees, CE allowance, matching retirement program, willing to negotiate other benefits.  Future partnership or practice purchase opportunity available.
