Are you an experienced Veterinarian looking for either an Associate Veterinarian and/or Buy-In/JV Ownership opportunity? 

Our Fairview Hospital for Animals is looking for an experienced or new graduate Veterinarian with a near future goal ownership as a Joint Venture (JV) partnership.  Initially beginning as an Associate DVM, allowing time to train with the existing partners to learn the business and become acclimated.  Once integrated with the practice and community, you would then have the opportunity to transition to the JV Partner Veterinarian. New grads welcome!  

At Fairview Hospital for Animals, you will experience a culture where a healthy work-life balance is valued - we offer an excellent schedule. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., no Sundays or Holidays.  .

For new graduates of the classes of 2021 and 2022, this position will be included in the NVA Illinois Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:

• One on one surgical and medical support from Dr. Sandra Faeh, current VP of AVMA, an NVA practice owner, and Illinois Mentor
• Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
• Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Illinois with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement, regardless of current clinic worked in          

Located in Decatur, IL our small animal practice has served the community for seventy years, thirty under current ownership in a recently constructed facility. We are looking for a passionate veterinarian eager to advance the human-animal bond by building lasting relationships while treating our clients and patients like family. 

Our hospital team offers a wide range of services for pets including wellness care, vaccinations, dentistry, ophthalmology, digital radiology, laser therapy and surgery. We are a progressive practice that would be open to expanding our services for doctors with an interest in exotics, acupuncture or other special interests.
