We are a high touch, family owned practice where patients are treated as a unique individual, not as a plan, in 30-60-minute appointments. You CAN pay down your student loans while working 4 - 10-hour weekday shifts and only one 1/2 day Saturday a month with 8 other  doctors who can encourage you to be the best advocate for your patient's well-being. High earning potential with salary ranges between $150,000-$190,000/year. Well equipped, Modern, efficient, and paperless practice where we can pivot quickly with changes that arise. Our affluent and tech savvy clientele tend to have flexible schedules to focus on their pet's care as they work for companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Expedia, Costco, Boeing, Starbucks, and T-Mobile to name a few.

You are able to:

• Manage 30-60 minute appointments from 8 am to 6 pm with break from 12 to 2 pm. 
• Perform soft tissue surgeries in general practice.
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessment and treatments to better our patient's oral health
• Lead and encourage your team who supports you.
• Learn from things that didn’t go your way, but to forgive yourself
• Practice Self-Care with Long-term plan of building reserves in order to enhance stress management and resilience

Mentorship –

If you are just starting your career, you will be set up for success with space and time to practice with one-on-one coaching and mentorship. Our multi doctor practice allows you to learn from their experiences as well as to know our close-knit doctors have your back in the event you need support.

If you are within the first 2 years of clinical practice, we have access to excellent opportunities as a well managed VMG hospital where you can gain hands on experience to review and advance your medical and surgical skills at the Oquendo Center in Vegas.

If you have a family, the Eastside is one of the top ranked and desired school districts in the country! In addition to our excellent public schools, there are countless other choices due to the diverse population.

There are so many factors that lead to helping you to maximize your earning potential, starting with an affluent and educated clientele who will do what is medically necessary for their pets, to encouraging pet insurance, to a high experienced staff to doctor ratio to help you provide excellent care. 
I know first hand having debt from 8 years of tuition from University of Pennsylvania, so I have made it a goal to change this vicious cycle by contributing to your retirement in a 401(K) even if you don’t contribute anything! This is not a match, but a contribution to your funds regardless of your participation! You will be hard pressed to find another company that invests in their doctors and staff the same way.
