In 1972 Black River Veterinary Hospital was founded to bring a caring hand to the local community. Through the years they have grown as a private practice and are still expanding! BRVH is now one of the premier small animal veterinary hospitals in the region operating out of a modern 5,000 sq ft facility featuring state-of-the-art technologies, board-certified Oncologists, Internist, surgeons, and 8 superstar general practitioners ready to collaborate with you! And we continue to grow as we add on our new surgical building and hopefully you as a new doctor! We operate Monday-Saturday so no Sundays, no overnight patients, and no after-hours emergencies! Amenities include state of art Storz rigid and flexible endoscopy,(ability to perform upper and lower gi endoscopy and laparoscopic procedures) Covidien Ligasure system, Digital Radiology, Digital dental radiology, Piezotome Cube, Toshiba Xario Ultrasound, Aesculight Veterinary Light scalpel(Surgical Laser), K-laser therapeutic laser, full Idexx in-house laboratory, tonometry, and much more. We leverage our in-house pharmacy, as well as consultations, with our Internists, Oncologists, Radiologists, and Surgeons to get our patie...nts the best care in an efficient manner.
