LOCATION:

Hopkinton, Massachusetts, a town in Middlesex County, fewer than 30 miles west of Boston. The town is best known as the starting point of the Boston Marathon. Our location enables us to have that small town feel while still being convenient to the city.

WHO ARE WE:

MASH is an internationally recognized leader in integrative veterinary medicine. We serve clients from all over New England and beyond. We offer conventional veterinary medicine and alternative therapies in a balanced whole-body approach to healthcare. Our goal is to support the pet’s vital energy for good health and self-healing. 

We use fecal/biome transplants, nutrition, acupuncture, herbs, homeopathy, ozone, and other modalities along with traditional diagnostics, to optimize pet’s health. From well visits to chronic disease, we offer medicine that respects the integrity of the pet’s mind and body.

WHO WE AREN'T:

We aren't a hospital that see's 20 + appointments per doctor per day. We take time with every case to get to know our owners, their lifestyle, and their pets. Our appointments range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a MASH Veterinarian, you will be responsible for leveraging a robust set of tools to get a complete view and provide whole-pet healthcare. You will be exposed to the most recent advances in holistic and alternative approaches to animal wellness. The ideal candidate will have been working in alternative medicine. Commitment to client service and strong interpersonal skills are a must as well as a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide the highest quality of care to our clients by phone, email and in person

Perform general procedures, surgery, and dentistry

Excellent decision-making skills to aid in choosing appropriate treatment methods

Educate clients on different modalities offered at MASH

Dose supplements and prescriptions

You will get to work closely with Dr. Margo Roman, who is an internationally renowned veterinarian in the field of alternative veterinary medicine. 

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000/yr

QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Passion for integrative medicine

Experience with alternative and conventional medicine

Ability to communicate well with animal owners, staff members, and colleagues

Positive, can-do attitude
