COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $100,000 base salary paid on 21% production: ProSal compensation, no negative accrual
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• 401k with 3% employer matching

Since becoming an Inspire Veterinary Hospital in 2022, we have the opportunity to welcome a Small Animal Associate to our team! Our experienced DVMs and support staff will enable you to practice quality medicine so you can devote the time you need to make informed decisions and treatment plans. We continuously strive to elevate our level of care to stay competitive and be the hospital that our community can rely on for their pet's health.

Our hospital is equipped with the tools to allow you to practice the level of medicine of which you can be proud. Our 2 DVM team and hardworking support staff infuse our practice with a sense of purpose. As a Small Animal Associate, you will work with our team to provide the following services:

• Wellness & Preventative Care
• Emergency Care
• Surgery
• Dentistry
• Radiology
• Internal Medicine consults

We’ve seen from personal experience the success and relief that alternative medicine options have brought to our patients and their families. To provide a variety of options and resources to our clients we offer the following alternative medicine services:

• Chiropractic Services
• Veterinary Acupuncture
• Herbal & Nutritional Therapy

We recognize that these alternative therapies do not replace traditional veterinary treatments but can be used in conjunction with our wellness and preventative care to provide a more holistic approach to a pet's health. A candidate is not expected or required to practice any of the above-listed alternative medicine services. If a candidate is interested in holistic medicine, mentorship will be provided by Dr. Darrow.

Rosamond is known for being the “gateway to Edwards Air Force Base” with Rosamond Boulevard as the connecting main street leading you right to the Mojave Air and Space Port.
