Waterloo Animal Hospital was built in 1995 by Dr. David Glover, who unfortunately passed away in 2015. We purchased the hospital in 2016. The geographic location is second to none and has been increasing in population exponentially and new commercial real estate, residential housing and apartments are being developed across the street. Our practice is 90% SA and 10% Equine, although Equine experience is not required. Our clinic is a well built 5,000 sq. ft. facility and there are many options for renovations to increase revenue. ... Our clients are very loyal and we have great relationships with them and see 3-4 new clients daily. We provide SA acupuncture, laser therapy, new state of the art digital x-ray equipment, digital ultrasound, and complete on-site lab equipment (Idexx & Heska). Our team is second to none as most of the employees have been with us for several years, even one since 1996. We are located between Edmond and Guthrie, OK, which allows for suburban or rural living. Edmond has a population of about 95,000 and Guthrie's population is about 12,000, with Edmond being ranked as one of the top cities in the nation to live. Edmond high schools always rank in the top ten in the state for academics. We have many sporting activities, parks, entertainment, high end restaurants to fast food, and all within 10 miles of country living.
