Our hospital was intentionally designed with fear free patient care, team safety and the client experience in mind. We extensively utilize modern technology with EMRs, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, digital client communication, and a complete modern state of the art in house laboratory. Our owner is active as a veterinarian, focused and committed to maintaining a servant leadership style culture, and values team enrichment and development.
As an associate you will enjoy working with a committed and educated support team, a diverse group of doctors, and a full time, experienced contemporary Practice Manager in our fully equipped modern clean hospital. Mentorship for new grads and less experienced DVMs is readily available. We offer full time associates a generous base salary with production bonuses and a generous benefits package that includes insurance, CE, PTO, 401K with match, memberships, licenses, etc. Sign on bonus and relocation expenses may apply. Full time associates enjoy a four-day work week with a limited light Saturday rotation. Part time schedules and benefits are available. No afterhours appointments or emergencies.
