VCA Oshtemo Animal Hospital located in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team!

No after hours on call!  We do not have care for hospitalized cases outside of working hours (we don't hospitalize patients overnight or over the weekends).  You would have daily scheduled lunch breaks and lab time.  Our hospital focuses on client care and education, with appointment times scheduled so that you have the ability to spend time with clients and build relationships.   We support our doctors with a well-kept, state of the art hospital built in 2012, a top-of-the-line ultrasound purchased in 2021, in-house laboratory, digital radiology (with rads routinely sent for radiologist review on each case), digital dental radiology (with full mouth rads taken on every dental procedure), CO2 surgical laser, and a therapy laser.

We truly have a unique staff who care about each other and have an awesome culture!  Oshtemo is well staffed with highly trained licensed technicians, CSRs, and assistants, who are dedicated to supporting you. Our staff is efficient and constantly working to increase their knowledge base and skills. This allows you to focus on being a doctor.  We work to use Fear Free methods for cats and dogs, which allows you to provide the best care, while keeping pets and people safe and happy.
