About Ancare Veterinary Hospital

4 doctor small animal/exotics practice 1 main hospital and 1 satellite clinic (Lasalle and Mendota, Illinois). Main hospital was built in 2012. American Board of Veterinary Practitioner (Canine and Feline) and 6 certified veterinary technicians on staff. Modern, fully equipped (CT Scanner, ultrasound, digital radiography, dentistry, endoscopy-rigid and flexible, on-site laboratory) paperless practice with extensive medical and soft tissue/orthopedic surgical caseload. Physical Therapy services. Customer service, quality care, compassion and desire to serve the community a must. We service a population base of 85,000 people and are open seven days a week. Closed major holidays. We routinely receive referrals from our surrounding colleagues. Owner is ABVP Diplomate, a Past President of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association. He regularly lectures on surgery, practice management and mentoring. 2017 Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association's Veterinarian of the Year. Mentoring to improve medical, surgical and business skills is an important component of our practice. We actively help our local humane society and participate in community events to build a better life.
