A Day in the Life on the range
No two days are ever the same at Thrive! Our veterinarians see a variety of cases, from routine, essential care, to daily surgeries. Our care caseload provides the perfect combination of challenge and diversity, with medical care that includes diagnostics, dentistry, radiology, and surgery.
At Thrive we pride ourselves on offering a great work/life balance for our doctors. Mental health is important; that is why we offer our doctors flexible schedules and a 3–4-day work week.

Our Pack Selection Process
- You apply! Apply online or email us your resume to gprecruiting@thrivepet.com
- We review your resume and when we like what we see, we will reach out to schedule a phone meet and greet
- The phone meet and greet goes well! (Howllujah!!). We invite you to meet and greet with an established homestead in person. Tour the homestead and ask our current pack members all the questions that inquiring minds want to know.
- Get an offer, review, and accept
- Tell your friends all about the incredible pack you joined! Make them wish they worked here as well!
