Noe’s Ark Animal Hospital, in Mesa, AZ?is looking for an experienced Veterinarian, proficient in surgery, to join our amazing team! This role has potential to lead to the position of Medical Director if interested.  

We believe in a Work-Life Balance and offer a flexible schedule that will allow you to choose your own hours. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on major holidays. We are only open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. In addition to a 1-hour lunch, we allow a 2-hour break for callbacks and building client relationships.

About our clinic:?

Noe’s Ark Animal Hospital is an AAHA Accredited hospital that treats dogs and cats. We have multiple computers in-room use, which are equipped with our electronic medical record software, Impromed. Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house lab Idexx; CBC, Chem, SNAP, Sedi Vue digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. All our radiographs are sent out for review by a board-certified radiologist. Our doctors perform a wide variety of pet surgeries using modern techniques, cutting edge equipment, and always adhere to the strictest standards of safety and care. We have a 2:1 tech to doctor ratio with an additional floating tech so doctors can focus on diagnosing and treating. Our hospital offers wellness exams, spay/neuter, dental care, ultrasound, acupuncture, and Laser Therapy among other things.

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years veterinary experience preferred
• Confident in performing surgery 
• Arizona State Veterinary License – active and in good standing
• Desire to help the hospital grow and flourish  

Our Offer:

• Base Salary starting at $130,000
• Signing Bonus up to $40,000
• Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual and NO cap on production!
