Veterinary Medical Director 

Southern Kern Veterinary Clinic is proud to be a part of Inspire Veterinary Partners, the first employee-owned hospital network with a mission to foster a culture of client education that enriches our relationships with our community.  This position will supervise the process and quality of clinical programs to ensure that the highest standards of medicine and client service are maintained. A clear understanding of medical protocols will be vital to ensure that our hospital is operating in an efficient manner.  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  

• $175,000+ base salary paid on 22% production 
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• 401k with 3% employer matching
