Highland Veterinary Hospital is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our friendly team. Our tight-knit group maintains an enjoyable and positive work environment committed to high quality veterinary care for companion animals. We are proud of our beautiful recently renovated facility, which is equipped with ultrasound, cool laser therapy, digital x-ray, and in-house lab equipment.

Our family-like team and supportive instincts make our practice an ideal place to call your work “home.” While experience is preferred, we would happily accept a confident new graduate. Although none of our current doctors see exotics, a doctor with experience in exotics would find a good home here, as we have previously seen exotic patients and would be happy to resume that type of caseload again. Our well-trained and experienced support staff, which includes 4 licensed veterinary technicians, who help appointments flow smoothly, offering us a calm work atmosphere. With no on-call or after hours requirements, you can find the true meaning of “work/life balance” with us!

Located in Metro Detroit, the up-and-coming suburb of Highland is located just a short drive from the local attractions and restaurants in Milford, and is not far from the city of Detroit, which is experiencing a renaissance of culture and recreation. The broader Detroit Metro area provides plenty of amenities to explore, such as shopping, dining, craft breweries, entertainment, hiking trails, and lake activities.
