Seeking a full time, experienced associate veterinarian to join our team at Florida Veterinary Clinic. Located in Saint Petersburg, Florida, our clinic is an established family owned and operated small animal practice that has been serving Pinellas County for over three decades.

What We Offer:

In addition to our busy 4th street location, we also offer mobile veterinary services one day per week, making house calls throughout Pinellas County- a tremendous opportunity for future growth.
One of our best fringe benefits is our 4.5-day work week which promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Excellent support staff of 6 experienced technicians, 2 receptionists and practice manager.
Utilization of Ezyvet practice management software for hassle free record keeping
We utilize the latest in digital x-ray and ultrasound technology in addition to in house laboratory equipment.

What You Offer:

Our ideal candidate would have a wide range of autonomy and would participate in strategic decisions paving the future of our practice.
Our ideal candidate would posses a robust surgical skill set, or at a minimum, demonstrate a strong desire to grow in surgical proficiency

Responsibilities:

Maintain an active strategic decision making role in a company poised for growth.
Practice veterinary medicine in accordance with the latest standards and procedures.
Demonstrate a spirited and genuine interest in improving the lives of the companion animals we serve

Compensation:

Variable depending on qualifications: $90,000 - $150,000 (+ potential profit sharing bonus).
We offer health insurance, dental & vision for our full-time employees.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Florida Licensed Veterinarian
- Capability to perform basic surgical procedures.
Preferred:
- 2-5 years prior experience or associate veterinarian work.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Salary could include a profit based bonus structure for the right candidate. Salary range depends on experience level.
