You’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources like direct digital radiology (a board-certified radiologist reviews all images), digital dental radiology, high-speed dental equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy. What we offer

Your financial, physical, and emotional well-being is very important to us. That’s why we offer:

• Flexibility, working 3-to-4 days per week and weekends on a rotating basis, and no emergency duty after hours.
• Time for lunch is built into your schedule, and you’ll get enough time to complete your admin work. This also means you’ll be able to leave on time, most of the time.
• A guaranteed base salary that starts at $130,000 per year and commissions of 20% on services and inventory sales, and no negative accrual.
• You’ll also receive a $10,000 signing bonus, and if you’re relocating to join us, up to an additional $5,000 relocation reimbursement.
• Untracked paid time off, all we ask is that you make production.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance and an Employee Assistance Plan that has mental health resources.
• A 401K retirement plan with matching contributions.
• We pay your AVMA dues and Professional Liability insurance.
• Superior pet care benefit! Our “2 Pet Program” gives 2 pets complete preventative care each year, up to 40% discount on services, and you’ll only pay cost plus 10% for medications and inventory items!

• You’ll get a personal continuing education allowance of $3,000 per year.
• All our veterinarians participate in our monthly journal club, regular doctor’s meetings, specialty labs, and lectures.
