Vanguard Veterinary Clinic, Redlands in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Director to lead our patient care team. We offer a competitive salary, a medical director stipend, plus a growth incentive.

The Medical Director has the best of both worlds and will practice medicine in addition to leading the practice. Duties include managing the operations of the hospital and being primary responsible, and the authority to/for community outreach, client relations, staff management, coaching, a development; reviewing medical charts, and monitoring financial data to achieve budget goals.
