We are launching our own veterinary service offerings focused on affordability and convenience. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, compassionate Veterinarian who is excited about improving the lives of Pets Out Here and influencing the future of rural veterinary care and accessibility.

FLEXIBLE schedule with a 2-4 day work week with a FULL TIME SALARY!

• Operates a network of local community clinics offering preventative medical care for companion animals, including vaccines, testing, prescription fulfillment, nutrition recommendations and microchips and more
• Veterinarian is responsible for co-leading their community clinic team of veterinary technicians and clinic coordinators
• Determine the appropriate medical care necessary for each patient, following the best practices developed by Clinic Leadership
• Follow standard operating procedures for community clinic services, prioritizing safety and customer experience
• Perform physical examinations; administer vaccinations, nail trims and microchips
• Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records
• Educate community clinic team on best practices, coaching the veterinary technician and clinic coordinator when needed
• Provide service and product recommendations to customers that match the needs of each pet
• Establish and facilitate growth of Tractor Supply’s brand within the Animal Health community
• Supports mentorship and development of clinic team, sharing knowledge, fostering a positive and engaged environment, as well as coaching and building capabilities throughout the organization
• Expected to quickly learn the farm and ranch retail business and use this knowledge to inform growth recommendations to Clinic Leadership recommendations
• Meet with Tractor Supply Merchandising, Strategy, and Finance partners on a regular cadence to share results, feedback, and suggestions as the veterinary service division grows
• As a brand representative of Tractor Supply, the Veterinarian is additionally responsible for providing legendary customer experience in line with the Mission and Values of the company
