Boca Delray Animal Hospital is ready to bring on an additional Veterinarian to our amazing team! We are located in Delray Beach which is part of the northern Boca Raton area. We are a fast paced small animal hospital with a fun atmosphere. We are seeking either a new graduate or experienced DVM to join our coastal practice!

Our Chief of Staff is part of the Feline Practitioners Association and a member of the Veterinary Laser Society. We are proud to be experts in Cold Laser Therapy and Laser Surgery. We also have a state of the art dental suite, offer ultrasound, and radiology services on top of our full comprehensive services. If you are interested in mentorship, this is the place! Boca Delray Animal Hospital has a diverse caseload and no day is the same. 

When you aren't working, you can drive 4 miles over to the beach! There are tons of activities in the area from fishing, golfing, pop up events, sports events, and scenic parks. This is a great area for people of all backgrounds. There is an even balance of family friendly locations and luxurious night life. The area is also home to multiple universities. 

Mentorship

For new grads who join our team, we invest our time to ensure you get the support, time, and guidance for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes:

• Structured orientation and mentorship program, including 1-on-1 surgical training with Dr. Highbrown.
• Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates.
• New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position.
• Slack group discussions to connect you with experienced vets for case reviews, connection, and advice.
