Are you a GP vet tired of the daily caseload of vaccines and wellness visits, but not quite comfortable tackling the most critical emergencies? Or are you an emergency doctor wanting off overnights but still wanting to see a wide variety of cases? Animal Emergency and Critical Care in Huntsville, AL is looking to hire an Urgent Care Veterinarian that focuses on non-critical cases.

Our hospital is AAHA accredited and is a full service emergent care facility that is an extension of our local veterinary hospitals. We provide overnight hospitalization for critical patients and access to emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are interested in speaking to Full time or part time candidates; mentorship is available!

AECC moved to 24/7 care starting in July 2019. We are also open on all major holidays in order to provide emergent care for our community. Our hospital includes:

• Intensive care unit with oxygen and temperature control
• Surgical suite with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, anesthesia machines and ventilator
• Digital Radiography
• Complete In-House Lab (Chem, CBC, Blood Gas, UA, and Coag analysis)
• Ultrasonography
• Limited equipment for exotic and pocket pets
