C.C. Veterinary Hospital is located in the heart of Columbia City, Indiana just a short drive from downtown and about 30 minutes from Historic Fort Wayne. Columbia City is a close knit community with plenty to do for any lifestyle. Our piece of Indiana boasts many shops, gyms, restaurants and a brewery just downtown.
