Salary Details:
Production bonus (pro-sal) of 22% of gross revenue. Paid Time Off would include 100 hours with one year roll over. Benefits include the following: low deductible healthcare with dental and vision coverage and retirement with 4% Safe Harbor match, professional liability insurance, professional licenses, Memberships, CE including 3 days and $1500/year with one year roll over, disability insurance, sick/personal days included in PTO, discounted personal vet services/medication, and family leave of 8-12 weeks.

Searching for an energetic, compassionate, goal-focused, social, client-connecting, trail-blazing ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN to join our stellar companion animal medical team. We have the flexibility to tailor a position that allows you to thrive in practice. Urgent Care Focus. Surgery Focus. Wellness Focus. In fact, if you desire mixed animal medicine including small ruminants, equine, and exotics, a position can be created for you due to a growing regional demand. You will enjoy practicing high quality medicine with a team-oriented support staff in a fully equipped custom built clinic including IDEXX Lab, GE Logiq V5 ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental, CO2 laser surgery, therapeutic laser, vessel sealer, stem cell therapy, paperless records, an efficient and organized clinic environment with a heavy focus on good life/work balance, and strong community involvement. Mentor under Dr. Grove who has over 20 years of experience. Enjoy a full-time or part-time flexible work schedule.
