We are located in Louisville, Ohio. With a low cost of living, it's the perfect city to build your dream home. The community is safe and family-friendly, with great school districts. Explore the outdoors with the Beech Creek Botanical Garden as well as 7 locals parks. You’ll also find local restaurants and boutique shops in town. For a weekend getaway, we are 1 hour from Cleveland and less than 2 hours from Pittsburgh.

Practice Overview

At West Main Veterinary Clinic, we are proud to be privately owned, our goal is to provide compassionate and high-quality veterinary care at an affordable price.  With over 15 All-Star staff members, our veterinarians can spend more time treating and diagnosing. We are one team with one dream! We’ve worked hard to cultivate a close-knit team, where we can help each other grow both personally and professionally. You’ll often see our team enjoying lunches together, and doing all sorts of activities together on the weekends to relax and recharge. What You’ll Be Working On

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
• Maintain a positive work environment and promotes teamwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Guide, utilize, and mentor All-Star support staff

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
• Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Experience with surgery and dentistry preferred, an opportunity for mentorship if desired
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work every other Saturday morning

About West Main Veterinary Clinic

West Main Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice, established in 1998, located in the small town of Louisville in northeast Ohio. We are a 3 doctor practice; however, one partner retired in 2020 and our associate passed away unexpectedly in November 2021. We are the only veterinary practice in this town of 10,000 people. We offer a vast array of internal medicine and surgical services from laser surgery to digital radiography to in house laboratory services. Louisville is a quaint town with great people, great schools and all the amenities you'd want. It's also close to the larger cities of Canton, Akron and Cleveland.
