The Cat Hospital in Campbell, CA has been a leader in feline medicine for the last 4 decades. We share your love of cats and are committed to providing expert level feline medicine and surgery without sacrificing accessibility and compassion. Our staff understands the unique bond that our clients have with their cats and our role in that relationship. We feel honored to be entrusted with your cat's well-being, and work hard to provide services that will support that endeavor. Dr. Shanker, owner and director, is a founding fellow of the Feline Academy of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and was instrumental in establishing a feline specialty certification. He is board certified in feline medicine and surgery and has passed his recertification requirements. He is a past president of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and has served on many AAFP committees, most recently on the research and leadership development committees.
