Why Churchville Veterinary Hospital P.C.?:  Churchville Veterinary Hospital P.C. (CVH) is  more than veterinary medicine. CVH has cultivated a work environment that is built on the principles of being supportive, comfortable, fun, and caring. Serving the community for 26 years, our fully integrated practice holds a honorable reputation for providing friendly and compassionate care through fear-free techniques and adherence to guidelines set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

What is working at CVH like?: We strive to create an atmosphere where our team can thrive, be themselves and feel empowered, motivated and valued. We are a work family of 12 professionals from diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and skill sets who come together to achieve shared objectives. We adovcate open communication, sharing of ideas and supporting one another in achieving our individual and collective goals. Resources are provided for prioritizing mental and physical health. To help encourage a sense of purpose and social responsibility outside of our work, our clinic enjoys giving back to the community that supports us. We support various local small businesses, schools, groups and organizations. Most recently, we sponsored our village's "Best In Show" dog parade and the Churchville-Chili high school. Our team contributes to the development of future veterinary students by offering them opportunities to join us and gain practical, hands-on experience in their prospective veterinary careers. 

In need of clinical support? In addition to providing in-clinic mentorship and a skilled support staff, we have ongoing exceptional working relationships with nearby veterinary specialty clinics and laboratories such as; Cornell Veterinary Hospital, Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center (OPVMC), Animal Eye Care of Western NY, and Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Services (VSES).

Schedule: We have prioritized a harmonious lifestyle with reasonable and flexible schedules. Our clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 am-5 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 8 am-7 pm. We perform surgeries on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings. Our veterinarians alternate evening hours on our surgery days as well as half days on Fridays. No weekend, holiday or ER shifts.

Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate is a full or part-time veterinarian that shares our values and is excited about an opportunity to make a difference. A candidate that would enjoy practicing independent, progressive medicine at a compassionate family-friendly private practice. A professional with ethical and professional conduct. Being proficient in general medicine, patient diagnosis and surgery is preferred. A strong communicator and confident leader who is patient and has compassion for animals, clients, and team members.
