New England Animal Hospital (NEAMC) is seeking a full time a Lead ER veterinarian.

Responsibilities will include:

• A variety of shifts to ensure patient care initiatives are upheld and the team is supported.
• Day-to-day workflow including, but not limited to: ER doctor scheduling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training; facilitating regular department meetings; and providing mentorship and oversight to both doctors and support staff.

Qualified applicants will have a background in emergency medicine, internship training, or equivalent practice experience, strong organizational skills and an ability to work well with a diverse and collaborative group of coworkers.
