The Assistant Manager is a full-time position working on-site Monday – Friday 9-5.  The ideal candidate would be available for an initial training period on-site with our team in Oregon at Northwest Equine Performance.  After successful completion of initial training the candidate’s primary location will be Seattle Equine Performance while maintaining support from the team at Northwest Equine Performance.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Collaborative and responsive to team priorities and needs
• Takes initiative and responsibility in identifying and solving problems
• Excellent customer service skills and pleasant manner in assisting clients
• Strong communication skills: over the phone, written, and in person
• Proficiency with computer technology, including Microsoft Office, bills.com, QBO
• Minimum three years of office, administrative or equivalent experience in the veterinary field
