We currently see dogs, cats and exotic pets. We are currently a well staffed 4 Doctor practice and our goal is work life balance so we are looking to add another veterinarian to our team to share the load.  Position is FT, PT or ¾ time.  Full time currently 4 day work week (36-38hrs a week).  Our hospital is modern and well equipped.  Compensation package for FT associates- competitive pay with modified Prosal system, 100% employer paid premiums for medical vision and dental, paid CE via an EAP plan, uniform stipend, healthy staff discount, 3% matching IRA, PTO, membership dues, PLIT coverage, DEA license and state license paid by company and more.  All this and no weekends, no on call and no holidays!  If you are interested discussing specifics email or call. We allow you the time to work up cases and strive hard to help you without micromanaging you. When graduating finding a practice that practices the kind of medicine you are accustomed to and want to practice matters and we strive and succeed at practicing high quality medicine and surgery that is also realistic for pet owners. Open to all experienced veterinarians licensed in Washington State. We also understand that in many cases it’s hard to chose based on an ad so we are welcome to site visits for any time you feel needed and our contracts have an exit clause if for any reason your not satisfied. We only want people there who want to be there and choose to be there.
