Come join our team at Northwood Animal Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida! We are a 40 year AAHA-accredited general practice and 24 hour emergency hospital, treating dogs, cats, and exotics. We are looking for driven and personable veterinarians to join our team to help with our daytime and overnight emergencies, with either a hybrid mix of both days and nights or options for either schedule. Our hospital offers state of the art diagnostic and surgical equipment and Cornerstone paperless software for record keeping. Other “toys” at your disposal include Sedecal digital x-ray machine (D/R); ultrasonic dental unit and digital dental x-ray, Companion Therapy Laser; Philips ultrasound machine; In-house Idexx Laboratory including, Idexx Procyte Dx, Catalyst Dx, and Abaxis clotting analyzer, Sedivue urinalysis machine, Progesterone testing, etc. Monitoring equipment includes Idexx ECG, Cardell and Vetspecs anesthetic monitoring; Heska IV (10+) pumps, Ellman cautery unit and an Airnetics Oxygen Generator for unlimited oxygen for your patients. Dedicated ER staff as support.

Salary will be commensurate upon experience and shifts worked, with total compensation packages starting at $200,000 for 40hr/week schedule and going up from there if more hours per week are desired. Prosal basis with no negative accrual.
