Join a team of 6 Veterinary doctors and 40 employees at our brand-new state of the art Veterinary Hospital.  We have a privately owned hospital where the owner is a doctor on staff making decisions with the team to ensure the best patient care and associates' work life balance.   We are seeking motivated and caring veterinarians to join our team.  We ensure every doctor has a work-life balance, the most up to date equipment as well as mentoring and collaboration on cases.  We have an excellent support staff who are highly trained to take care of our patients and the doctors who work with them.  Our brand-new facility boasts 2 surgical suites, Dental and specialty procedure room, Surgical laser, Therapeutic laser, full in-house blood diagnostics, digital radiology, Digital dental radiology, paper free record management, Regenerative medicine with stem cell therapy, Underwater treadmill and physical therapy.  We provide excellent starting salary of $125,000 and up, and a strong benefits package.  Signing bonus and relocation stipend is negotiable.  We have been nominated & won Best Animal Hospital in Baltimore for consecutive years.  We hope you will consider joining our team. 

No On-Call Requirements we work closely with the local emergency clinics and local specialist hospitals.

Closed on Saturday and Sunday

(Technician:Doctor Ratio:  3-1, three and a half day work week available, first rate equipment on site, regenerative medicine also practiced on site)

Timonium Animal Hospital is a progressive hospital in Baltimore County. We pride ourselves in being patient friendly and helping our clients understand the best options for their pets medical care. We are very well known in our community . Dr Christine Gernhart took ownership of the hospital in 1997. She still runs it today and loves being a part of something that makes such a positive impact on the community. We have students from all levels coming thru our hospital to learn about Veterinary Medicine, or to further their education as Veterinary students. There are currently an amazing 8 doctors in the practice. We work hard to make make our days enjoyable. We learn from each other and empower our employees to learn each day, as they further their knowledge and help our patients. We practice fear free and attend highly informative continuing education, to ensure we remain current on the best medical and surgical techniques available. We are a scalpel laser surgical center, we do underwater treadmill, proficient in ultrasound, and cold laser for pain management.
