Branford Veterinary Hospital is expanding and looking to add a fifth veterinarian to our amazing team. Our new facility opened 5 short years ago and our employees and clients absolutely love it! Our support staff is handpicked to be gentle, supportive, and caring. The result is a drama free workday full of upbeat positive attitudes.

Our veterinarians range from seven to twenty years of experience and bring collaboration, support, and mentoring to the table. We have three CVT’s on staff and utilize Fear Free techniques and training. Our in house lab includes an Abaxis HM5 hematology unit and 2 VS5 blood work machines. We utilize a Rayence digital radiology unit with Senecal X-ray machine, iM3 high speed dental drill, Claruis handheld ultrasound unit, 3 anesthesia machines, 2 digital monitors, Avimark software, glass door runs, and much more.

Branford Veterinary Hospital is a full service practice offering preventive care, hospital care, surgery, and dentistry. The option to see basic exotic animal cases is available. We serve our community by working with a local feline rescue group, municipal animal control, and even a police dog. We utilize traveling specialists in surgery and radiology when appropriate and refer to two local specialty hospitals when needed.

We offer a base salary plus production. Benefits include paid vacation time, Gold Level health insurance, dental plan, license and membership dues, employee pet discount, and professional liability insurance. Occasional free lunch, product samples, and other various gifts from our vendor reps. After 1 year we further offer continuing education stipend and retirement plan with 3% salary matching.
