Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnoses for pets.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering guidance and education on pet care.
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Uphold the clinic's high medical standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
• NJ Veterinary license in good standing.
• Strong commitment to practicing high-quality medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion for both owners and their pets.

Tech & Equipment: Our clinic is equipped with advanced tools to support your work, including advanced ultrasound, digital whole-body and dental x-ray machines, and more.

Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $50,000 signing bonus. New graduate veterinarians start with a guaranteed base salary of $130,000. Experienced DVMs can earn up to $175,000, including production-based incentives.
• Health Insurance Stipend: Enjoy a monthly stipend of $450 for health insurance. Dental and vision insurance options are also available.
• 401K with a 4% match after 1 year of service.
• Professional Memberships: We cover the costs of AVMA and JAVMA.
• Relocation Support: $2,500 to assist with relocation expenses.
