Sylvan Veterinary Hospital is a privately-owned, progressive small animal practice with 4 full-time veterinarians. We are a technologically advanced hospital with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, certified veterinary technicians, and a competent support staff, which enables us to fulfill our mission of providing the highest standard of care. We foster a team-oriented environment and take pride in the wonderful reputation we have gained since our opening in 2015. We would love for you to come grow with us as we look forward to moving to our brand new 7,000 square foot hospital. We are looking to add a full-time associate veterinarian. Experience preferred but new graduates would be considered. Competitive base salary of 120k with upward potential of making 200k with production bonuses, 401k match, health insurance, and profit sharing. We provide quality care with a dedicated surgery suite, comprehensive dental care including radiology, ultrasonography, endoscopy, full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, paperless medical records, and established relationships with board certified specialists for case review. Located between Altoona and Hollidaysburg, the location offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, proximity to most major chain stores/restaurants, and reasonable cost of living.
