Juanita Bay Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1960 by Dr. Mike Clark’s father, Lew Clark. From the beginning our philosophy has remained the same: to be highly committed to the individual needs of pets and their owners. As pet owners ourselves, we understand that every cat or dog is unique. Although we treat each pet that comes through our doors with the same level of compassion and expertise, we only recommend care that is truly needed.
We are an established and rapidly growing 4-doctor hospital and we are looking to add a full-time or Part-Time veterinarian to our team. We have a skilled and dedicated support staff, including licensed veterinary technicians to assist you.
Our goal is to provide excellence in medical care and “wow” service to our community while educating our clients to help strengthen the human-animal bond and ensure optimal health and longevity to our patients. Our high standards and progressive approach is what keeps our clients coming back. We provide only the most advanced, progressive care and technology.

Our commitment to pets extends beyond our hospital walls. We implement charity drives for local shelters annually, and our team members have the opportunity to give back to communities around the globe through our partnership with World Vets.
Each year, we send a group of doctors and support staff abroad to help pets in need and support programs that nurture healthy relationships between people and animals. In 2021, Lakefield team members were able to be a part of opening the first and only veterinary clinic in the Galapagos. Check out our video below!
