VCA Sunrise Veterinary Group is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to complement our talented team in West Islip, New York.

VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians.  We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.

For over 40 years, Sunrise Veterinary Group has offered quality medical services to the communities of West Islip, Babylon, Bayshore, and Islip. We are dedicated to ensuring that your pet lives a longer, healthier life. Our experienced staff works extremely hard to provide you and your pet with the best in quality medicine and care. We offer every service, from wellness consultations to intricate surgery! Our boarding facility is matched by no other. We offer outside runs to be enjoyed all year long! Currently we are a four doctor practice.

We are looking for a Part-time doctor at this time and would love to chat with you! We are open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are located five minutes from the most beautiful beaches and we are only 45 minutes from New York City. There’s a little something for everyone within a short commute. From state parks, to wine tasting, children’s museums and, of course, restaurants!

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120K - $150K. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
