MEDICAL DIRECTOR JOB OVERVIEW Stand for Animals is looking for a Medical Director to serve as a key member of the Practice Management Group and work in tandem with both the medical and administrative staff. Ensuring quality care for our patients and serving as a teacher and mentor to the medical team are the Medical Director’s most important priorities. SCOPE: · Staff supervision, coaching and mentorship · Development and implementation of training protocols · Oversight and management of clinic operations · Development and implementation of medical policies and procedures · Assistance as a functional practitioner where needed
