Limerick Veterinary Hospital is 6 doctor practice located in the Philadelphia suburbs with easy access to the city, Poconos, NYC and the Jersey shore. The hospital is well respected in the community and celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2021. We practice high quality medicine and have been AAHA accredited since 1981. We see primarily dogs and cats with occasional exotic. We have also been known to have the occasional raptor, skunk or wolf from the local animal reserve visit the office.
Our facility offers ultrasound, in house laboratory equipment, digital radiography and digital dental radiography, blood pressure and anesthetic monitoring, acupuncture and laser therapy. We are willing to purchase new equipment for special interests. We have an exceptional support staff to aid the doctors in every aspect of the practice. Limerick Veterinary Hospital has a nurse on site 24/7 to provide our patients with continuous care. Our doctors enjoy the camaraderie of group practice with the ability to develop their own interests. We pride ourselves on our mentorship for new graduates. Many of our doctors have joined the practice as a first job and have continued their career with ...us. We also have a flexible schedule so that we can balance our work and social life.

Limerick Veterinary Hospital is more than just a veterinary hospital. While providing high quality medicine for our patients, we also are committed to helping our community. We sponsor several events to raise funds for Bark For Life and provide a yearly free spay/neuter clinic for our local cat rescues. We also are active in the local schools for career fairs.
