We are looking for caring, compassionate, and self-motivated candidates capable of providing high quality medical, surgical, and dental care, that also strongly believe in a work/life balance. • 5 DVM AAHA small animal practice, seeking additional DVMs 

• There are very few independently owned general practices of our size and caseload remaining on the East Coast 

• Every DVM has input on protocols and procedures. We work as a team to introduce the most up-to-date medicine and care for our patients 

• We have the flexibility to give you the full or part-time schedule you prefer 

• All appointments are scheduled (No Walk-In’s) 

• Quality over Quantity - we allow for flexibility in our schedule for patients or clients that may require more time 

• Currently under-going a FULL hospital renovation from top to bottom (expected completion date December 2024) 

• Pro-Sal compensation package reflective of DVM experience and number of hours working (Our DVMs are set up for success, so they have no trouble hitting their production pay).

We are located within a newly renovated freestanding 12,000+ square foot facility with a wonderful and dedicated support staff. We offer a four-day work week with rotating Saturday mornings and no after-hours emergencies for full-time veterinarians. We offer a full package of benefits.
